Digital Publishing
Photographer/principal is a LEED Green Associate
Lena MAX Environmental Photography and Digital Publishing serves the environmen-
tal and sustainable building communities and works with businesses and/or ad agen-
cies to provide cost-effective image collateral. Some services offered include:
Digital publishing
One of the services we so firmly believe in is digital publishing. It’s fun, mobile,
suitable for tablets and iPads, and interactive! A digital publication can be em-
bedded in your website or email, sent as an attachment or link, and can be viral
if utilized in your social marketing campaign.
Most of all, there is no need to print, saving trees and eliminating the use of ink
and the solvents that go with them.

Architectural Photography
Sustainable buildings can and should be beautiful as well as functional. One of the
great challenges facing sustainable building is idea held by the general public that
building green is expensive. A compelling image can cause a person to stop and look
more closely, and that is what Lena MAX Environmental is all about.
We make it easy to access beautiful imagery that tells the story of your achievements
in sustainability.
Environmental Portraiture
This is a portrait taken in your environment, doing what you do. A business image
that reflects who you really are resonates with your customers.

Photojournalism
Capitalize on the priceless value of a good press release. Our industry is relatively
new, and projects should be documented to achieve the before and after effect, and
to let the public know what’s happening in their community.
What better publicity can you give your company than a press release about the
good work you do complete with images for print?
Scientific Documentary Photography
Photography which documents in a scientific manner a given set of criteria.
Encompasses environmental elements like the study of plants, animals and marine
and riparian life, and how our human interaction (i.e., development) affects the ecol-
ogy of a given area. Riparian restoration, soil and water science documentation.
Many elements of LEED require documentation of erosion control practices, and
storm water flow (current and proposed). We work with you to help document your
project.

Archival Prints Available
Many business request photographic prints for their office walls. We offer these on
recycled paper or bamboo, and on environmentally friendly canvas as well as alumi-
num and other substrates. We use a professional lab and quality photographic pro-
cess for this, as well as traditional Gicleé. Soy ink has many advantages in green
publishing, but its archival quality is currently no match for the photographic process
or the archival inks used in Gicleé.
Lena MAX Environmental strives to publish digitally, and we print very little in the
way of marketing materials. Currently, we are attempting to market utilizing only
social media and digital publications. No business cards? Can it be done? We’ll
see! Meanwhile, we are working on alternatives.
Contact us about your projects
Because each project is different, we bid according to the specific work involved,
and the specific use intended for the imagery.
We are looking forward hearing about your projects!
