H-always silent i-long ee sound like geek J-hollow sound like the word “hot” K-same sound, not many words with this

are soft sounds therefore similar W-there very, very few words that begin or
have a w in them, same sound X-has the sound of a “gs” together like in the
word “eggs” Y-has two sounds, when it is a single letter
word that means “and” it has the long ee sound
When the y is followed by another vowel, it is a consonant and has the same sound as the english “y ”
Z-has a soft “s” sound like super
