Transcript of Learning how to learn (without terminology)

For beginners (without using any terminology)

Time EffortHow much time? What is the best way?

Learning

The same principle forLearning or Being a Champ

You cannot do everything in one night.

Try to understand the main Ideaof what you are studying

Cut what you study into small parts

It is easier to eat each part of banana now

Study each part separately

Try to automate procedures you do frequently

More automations in your brain, more complex things you are able to

do.

25 minutes effort – 5 minutes break

Use an alarm to have 5 minutes break each half an hour

If you stuck, try to do something else, e.g. running

Choose the time you are going to spend studying.

Don’t overcome.

After that time do whatever you like without regrets.

Procrastination is the worst enemy

It is easy to spend time on something else, instead of your goal.

But if you manage to start, it is easier to continue.

And always start from the difficult part.

Relaxing is important for having new ideas

You have to sleep enough for learning easily.

Make a “to-do” list, at night, before going to bed

In exams, do the last revision

In subjects like Maths

Before going to bed

In sybjects like History

Early in the morning

That’s all folks

Happy Learning
