We are employed by the client to undertake the fit-out of the client’s new two-storey building extension to house new food and water testing laboratories.

Working within a traditional contract with some design portions, we are completing the project in six phases across 26 weeks. Each phase to be completed on time to accommodate the hygienic clean and decant within a defined timescale so productivity remains at full capacity throughout.

We are working in a live environment, adjacent to live working laboratories. In addition to programme, key priorities are quality of workmanship, health and

safety standards and cleanliness to avoid contamination.
