Train support staff in nutrition and early development principles of cognition, social, language and physical development
Recruit volunteers from local community that are enthusiastic about this project
Train volunteers in nutrition, early development etc. & in how to administer the PlaySchool
Once PlaySchool is sustainable, support staff move on to recreate the project in another community
