TSX-V: RHR

Why Tanzania? • Fourth largest producer of gold in Africa

• Rich in gold, diamonds, iron, uranium, nickel, platinum and other minerals

• Gold production is expected to reach 1.55 million ounces in 2012.

• Tanzania placed within the top quartile on the World’s Bank “Ease of Business” index. Ahead of other major gold producing countries such as Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

• Offers a favorable geopolitical climate. Barrick, Anglo Ashanti and Tembo Gold are also working in the area.

History of the Bulyanhulu Mine

• Acquired by Barrick in 1999 and opened in 2001.

• Located in Northwest Tanzania, in the Kahama District of the Shinyanga Region.

• Approximately 55 km South of Lake Victoria and 150 km southwest of the city of Mwanza.

• As of 2011, it has an expected mine life of 23 years.

annually with an average gold

recovery rate of 92 %.

2010 Production Stats:

Ounces Produced: - 260k oz

Head Grade: 9.2 (g/t)

Mill Recovery: 92.20%

Ore Milled: 954 Kt

Cash cost per tonne milled: US $148/t

Cash cost per ounce sold: (US$/Oz) 539

Capital Expenditure: US $81 Million

Bulyanhulu Geology • The Bulyanhulu gold mine is a narrow

vein gold mine containing gold, silver and copper mineralization in sulphides.

• Mineralization at Bulyanhulu is associated with a number of steeply dipping reefs.

• Archean rocks host a number of sub-parallel quartz-sulphide veins (reefs) which have undergone extensive drilling to depths of 240m.

• The drilling and development at least five distinct deposits: The Main, West, and East zones, Reef 2 and Reef 0.

TSX-V: RHR

Redhill’s Nyakagwe Property • Redhill Resources has entered into an agreement to acquire an initial 85% interest,

and the right to acquire the remaining 15% interest in 46 Primary Mining Licenses (PML’s) which together form 3 blocks of contiguous claims named the Nyakagwe property.

• The PML’s total approximately 400 hectares and are located 6 Km from Barrick’s Bulyanhulu mine hosting reserves of 12 million ounces of gold at 12.6 grams per tonne.

• The geology of the Nyakagwe project is analogous to that of the Bulyanhulu mine.

• The gold mineralization is found within a series of east to northeast striking quartz reefs within the larger Bulyanhulu shear zone.

• Existing information confirms at least six strong linear magnetic trends.

Proposed 2012 Work Program

Redhill Resources is encouraged by the geology and mineralization discovered to date and is planning a program for 2012 which includes geological mapping, sampling and trenching to better delineate the multiple zones on surface. This will be followed up by a geophysical

program of Induced Polarization (IP), and ground magnetics, followed by trenching and diamond and/or RC drilling.

• 100% interest in 64 unpatented lode claims in the Fish Creek District, Juab County, approximately 2.5 hours southwest of Salt Lake City.

• Close proximity to Great Western Minerals Group’s Deep Sands REE project

• Hosts a similar geologic environment, to nearby Spor Mountain Mine, owned by Brush Engineered Metals which produces approximately 48,000 tonnes of bertrandite ore annually grading 3.5 percent beryllium.
