Infants need 16 to 18 hours Teenagers need about 9 hours Adults need an average of 7-8 hours

To stay alive you need to sleep To keep focused during the day you
may need to take a nap Every night you should get between 8
and 10 hours of sleep Do not get sleep deprived, its not good! GO get some sleep
