Industrial Revolution•Poland formed a whole with Russia in trade.

•Textile factories were formed, along with railroads, as therewas a large demand for Polish products.

•Agriculture changed. Landowners hired laborers and boughtmachines, rather then do it themselves.

•After WW1, Poles had hopes for a sovereign Poland, so theyprepared for an uprising.

•When the uprising took place, it replaced the German monarchywith the Weimar Republic.

•It is considered as the greatest Polish uprising.

•During WW2, Poland had plans to expel the Germans.

•After long, relentless battles, Poland took back Warsaw

•On May 7, 1945, all German forces surrendered
