Job Description
Candidates applying for the job vacancy should be able to do the following;
Deal with recruitment and selection. Advertise job vacancies and deal with people wishing to
pursue the job. Make travel and accommodation arrangements. Reprographic tasks. Operate as a team member. Follow existing procedures. Deal with people internal as well as external. Make and take phone calls and messages. Record any accidents and keep diaries up-to-date.
These are just a few of the duties of the Admin assistant, as it is a very fulfilling job.
Person Specifications
Candidates should have at least some of the following qualities:
Educated – reasonable grade qualifications. Be a good team worker as well as being able to work independently. A people person. Positive attitude. Enthusiastic.
If candidates meet all requirements they should be suitable for the vacancy.
