In 1995, Jack Casiere founded THE JG GROUP, INC. which provides Office Furniture, Planning, Design and Specification Services to various corporate clients, ranging from the healthcare, hospitality and lodging industries to the commercial real estate community around the world.

We have been instrumental in the development of corporate furniture standards for many of our clients, either working directly within their organizations or with a designated architectural/interior design

group.

Pre-lease Planning/Design Services

Programming

By interviewing key personnel, we identify departmental needs, traffic flow, and common areas. This develops the square footage requirements for the space.

Space Planning

Once the program document is complete and the square footage is determined, we can begin to apply this to the spaces the client is interested in. This would be done on all sites of interest. Since the same amount of square footage in one building may not necessarily be suitable due to architectural constraints, this process will identify the best suitable space for the client.
