IQ3xcite configuration

1. Connect power: 100-240 Vac2. Connect to Ethernet if required( RJ 45)3. Connect inputs :-

a. Voltage input: Select V link in the link selectorb. Current input: Select I link in the link selectorc. Thermistor input: Select T link in the link selectord. Digital input : Select D link in the link selector

connect CAREFULLY. ( P is output power of 24Vdc)6. Install I/O modules7. Connect I/O bus( for IQ3XCITE /96 and IQ3XCITE/128 only)8. NOW INSTALLATION CONFIGURATION: Switch off all power lines and isolate all

I/O. Remove cover of IQ3xcite and select Input channel Types. Now replace cover.

9. Switch ON power after finalizing all checks repeatedly.10. CHECK CONTROLLER:

a. ! = watchdog( red light): If blinking/ON: IQ faulty(Software or strategy)b. /= power(green light) : If Blinking, power supply failc. .)))= I/O bus( red light) : If on , Check I/O connection for short circuits .

11. CHECK ETHERNET after RJ45 is connected : If green is on and Yellow is blinking, IT IS WORKING, If not check Ethernet

12. CONFIGURE IQ3: Configure IQ Strategy using SET and download strategy file from SET. This downloading can be done by the following methods- a. USING ETHERNET routerb. USING LAPTOP connection RJ45 directc. Using LAN network from supervisor

13. TEST INPUTS by testing manually 14. TEST OUTPUTS by manual observation15. Connect Supervisors/ Tools / Display Panels16. IQ View can be connected directly by using RJ 11 cable provided.
