H/O SWELLING OVER CHEST SINCE 6 MONTH

CHONDROSARCOMA OF STERNUM

Chondrosarcomas represent approximately 30% of primary malignant bone neoplasias, being the most frequent that of the anterior thoracic wall.

Chondrosarcomas are lobulated neoplasias that may grow to massive proportion and, consequently, may extend internally to the pleural space, or externally, invading muscle and adipose tissue of the thoracic wall.

17 year female patient c/o difficulty in walking & Swelling

Osteosarcoma of left iliac bone

meningioma 2012 operated- anaplastic

meningioma grade IV

CAME FOR CT ANGIO OF BOOTH LOWER LIMB.

Prostate malignancy with extensive vertebral, pelvic and right femoral sclerotic metastasis

Middle age female patient c/o swelling over right side of neck

Lyre’s sign

Neurogenic tumor ( carotid body tumor)

SPOTTER

Acute pancreatitis with “COLON CUT OFF” sign

Due to spread of inflammation to phrenico colic ligment.
