The Technical Training Center is steadily engaged in such activities as cultivate persons with admirable characters suitable for the Association based on respect for human life and dignity and enable to learn state‐of‐the art technologies necessary for electric technical engineer groups and to acquire high technique for enhancing the whole technical levels. The Technical Training Center also presents the Association’s purposes and activities to all the customers as well as develops a mind and a spirit for forming trusting relationship.The Technical Training Center is constantly preparing proper specialists who can exactly
