Project Steps1. Creating the Candidate Pool
Headhunting would be the main approach to spot the best fitting professionals for the Client.
On top of that Workshop Turkey has an up-to-date database of qualified professionals.
The candidate pool will also be enriched by massive internet search.
Approaching key contacts in the related sectors will also add the candidate pool professionals with good reputation and reference.
2. Phone Interviews
Workshop Turkey consultants will conduct structured and detailed phone interviews with each and every professional in the candidate pool.
This initial evaluation will determine the potential candidates to be interviewed in-depth face to face.
Project Steps3. Interviews and Behavioral Analysis
Workshop Turkey consultants will conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates using STAR (situation, task, action, result) methodology.
The candidates will also conduct the 15FQ+, which is a psychometric tool composed of 200 questions and can be completed in 20 minutes. It measures personality factors discovered by Cattell and colleagues as well as Emotional Intelligence, Team Role, Management and Subordinate styles and Counter-Productive Work behavior.
Evaluation of the interviews and the behavioral analysis tool will determine the short list candidates to be introduced to the Client.
The organization of the client interviews will be executed by Workshop Turkey.
Project Steps4. Reference Checks, Offers and Follow-Up
After the Client interviews the short-list candidates, Workshop Turkey consultants will conduct reference checks of the candidates to be given offer. At least three reference checks will be conducted for each profession.
Workshop Consultants will propose the offers to the incumbents and run the negotiation process.
After the placement, the performance of the placed professionals will be closely monitored for a year in two month intervals.
If any of the professionals leave the Client for performance reasons within one year, Workshop Turkey will conduct the search process for the related position without any additional cost.
