THESE CARDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT WEEKLY AT YOUR CLG MEETING.

1.Invite the person to church.2.Call attention to the verse on the

back. Encourage them to read it sometime later in the day.

3.Ask, “How can I pray for you today?”

When you are in a hurry, you can at least do something like this:

1. ASK A QUESTION: How do you know God loves you? OR Do you ever wonder if God cares about you? OR Do you ever doubt God exists?

2. ANSWER IT FROM THE VERSE: We know God loves us/cares about us/ exists because of the life of Jesus Christ. The death of Jesus Christ is God’s greatest demonstration of His love for you. Jesus died for you.

3. SHARE THE GOSPEL FROM Romans 5:8: A. WE ARE SINNERS: We have all sinned and

deserve to be punished by a Holy God.B. JESUS IS SAVIOR: But God sent His own Son to

save us from being punished.

4. CALL FOR DECISION:A. REPENTANCE: You can begin this new

relationship with God if you will turn from your sin. Are you willing to begin a new way of life?

B. FAITH: Do you believe Jesus is your Savior, and will you devote yourself to following Him?

5. PRAYER: Pray something like this, “Lord, God I realize that you love me because your Son has died for me. I confess that I am a sinner. I ask you to save me. Give me your Spirit so that I may follow your Son Jesus. Amen.”

6. DISCIPLESHIP:A. Encourage them to read the Gospel of John. It is

in essence Christianity 101.B. Invite them to attend a worship service with you
