all.
Bhang Thandai:
It is the highlight of
the holi parties. This is regarded
as the prasad of lord Shiva
in Holi.
Colorful Mithai:
These are very popular in Bengal. During Holi special multi-color sweets
are made with various decorative designs to match the festive season
of colour.
Dahi Vada:
Dahi vada is a popular snack
where lentil dumplings are dunked in a
creamy whipped
yogurt topped with spicy and
sweet chutneys.
Ram LadooRam ladoo is a
wonderful snack item for Holi. Ram ladoo is prepared from mixer made from yellow lentil and
Bengal gram.
Besan Ladoo: “It is one of the most common sweets made during festive occasions in india. Besan
ladoo are sweet balls made from
chickpea flour, sugar, ghee and nuts.”
Bhaang pakore:“Bhaang
pakore is a speciality dish eaten by the
people during the festival of Holi. Bhaang pakora are a
popular snack during holi festivities.”

"It is a popular holi recipe. It
made from flour dough cut into strips and then
deep fried. Good thing is that it can be stored for 2 -3
weeks."
