How to take care of our body

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OURDigestive system

Do not eat very quick. Relax

We can kill the germs washing it

They contain lots of sugar, very

unhealthy for the digestive system

Two minutes is a good time!

We have to eat different types of food in

order to get all the nutrients that we

need: vitamins, carbohydrates,

minerals, fats and proteins.

If we eat a lot, we can have digestive

problems, and we will have a hard time

trying to sleep.

They contain lots of fibers. Your

digestive system will thank you!

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OURLungs and heart

We have to clean the air in our room at

least once every day

They can be a problem in our blood

vessels.

Remember: sit down properly and walk

with your head straight!

The nose cleans and heats the air that

we take

We need clean air for our lungs

The clean air is very good for our lungs,

and the exercise too!

A scarf, a hat, a coat, some boots...

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF...Your bones and muscles

Before and after. This way we do not

get injured!

Choose those sports that are not

dangerous for you. American football

or heavy lifting are really bad choices.

Your back can get seriously injured,

and your bones and muscles may

break.
