Roasted Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 medium cauliflower2 cups Brussels sprouts1 Tbsp. Olive Oil3 cloves minced garlic1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemarySea salt and pepper

Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F Cut cauliflower into 1-inch florets Trim and half Brussels sprouts Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well Spread over a single layer on a large baking sheet Roast vegetables for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender

Serves 4-6
