Roasted Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts Ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower 2 cups Brussels sprouts 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 3 cloves minced garlic 1 ½ tsp. chopped fresh rosemary Sea salt and pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 450°F Cut cauliflower into 1-inch florets Trim and half Brussels sprouts Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well Spread over a single layer on a large baking sheet Roast vegetables for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender Serves 4-6 Per serving: Calories: 105 Carbohydrates: 16g
