How to Use the Pathfinder
The Pathfinder is designed to be used over time (not in one
sitting). It can be incorporated into: Coaching relationships—used as homework assignments, Workshops—as a support for on-going learning, and Facilitated groups—provides support and structure for referent groups.

Why Use the Pathfinder?
Getting feedback is a valuable process; however without
support people are unlikely to develop. The design of the product is based on research by Richard Boyatzis on self-
directed learning and David McClelland on competency acquisition. Pathfinder provides the support, structure, and key conditions that enable
users to achieve sustainable change.
