What are the potential benefits of IS (for businesses and the economy) in SA? (“ROI” for government)Is there currently an enabling environment for this? How do we create an enabling environment for this (policy, incentives)? Is it necessary to develop a separate IS strategy or can existing strategies / policies be used?How do we shape the existing / fledgling programmes to ensure IS is embedded in industry practice?
