RINSING THE TEETH

HARD BRUSHING & FOR LESS THAN 2 MINUTES

People are brushing too hard and it causes harmful teeth.

Remember, when you brush your teeh, it should be for at least 2 minutes, not less that it.

SNACKING TOO OFTEN

Too much snacks food can causes bad teeth & oral health. So, avoid it ASAP.

A renowned dentist said: “In a normal mouth we have a pH level which is neutral and when we snack and eat food, the pH level drops and it becomes quite acidic which leads to enamel related issues,'

BRUSHING JUST THE FRONT OF TEETH

Just for the sake of glowing teeth we often brush only the front side of teeth & forget to brush back as well as side teeth.

DRINKING FILTERED/BOTTLED WATER

Fluoride is essential for the teeth, & it is found in tap water, so the people who drinks bottled water are missing that additional teeth

protection.

BRUSHING IN THE SHOWER

It's great to brush your teeth in front of the mirror so you are

aware of what you are doing...you need to watch the

edge of the brush.

REGULAR DENTAL VISITSThere are 2 sections to a

normal dental visit. One section is the check-up. The

other is the cleaning.

Consistent dental visits are vital on the grounds that they

help keep your teeth and gums solid. You should have a

regular dental visit at least every 6 months.
