Survey distribution was led by individual branches

Survey yielded a 10% rate of response

277 of 3598 surveyed - responded they would not return

There are many reasons for not returning – but ‘Abuse of

Officials’ ranked very low on the scale (slides 16 and 17)

94% of officials rated there experience with Hockey Canada

as positive (satisfactory and above)

80% Excellent and Above Average
