Established in 1970, the Voilàp Holding Group offers technologies at the service of Smart Cities.

The Group has a worldwide presence in over 60 countries, with 8 production facilities (located mostly in Italy and Germany),

and an extensive network of 40 commercial branches that also offer after-sales services.

The Group has a total workforce of over 1,400 and in 2018 it reached a total turnover of over 300 million Euro.

Voilàp Holding operates in two business areas: industrial and digital.

In the industrial field, the Group designs and manufactures machines and systems for machining profiles in aluminium, PVC

and steel, and for machining glass, marketed by leading brands in their reference sector (emmegi, elumatec, tekna,

keraglass). In particular, in the construction sector, the Group’s technologies are used to machine the external and internal

facades of buildings and skyscrapers.

In the digital field, for smart cities, Voilàp Holding’s operations date back to around 20 years ago and are based on three areas

of expertise: software (with an e-commerce platform developed by the Group’s Voilàp Digital company), digital content, and

the hardware tools for delivering such content. The latter are developed by Imecon, a leading Italian company specialised in

design and production of comprehensive solutions for digital signage and public information.

The solid product development process adopted by the Group – both in the industrial and digital areas – stems from a review

of market needs, and develops highly industrialised and innovative solutions as demonstrated by the numerous patents

owned by the Group. Voilàp Holding works on the standardisation and modularity of the elements that make up the product,

pursuing customisation and configurability, attention to design and top-notch reliability.
