Established in 1970, the Voilàp Holding Group offers technologies at the service of Smart Cies. The Group has a worldwide presence in over 60 countries, with 8 producon facilies (located mostly in Italy and Germany), and an extensive network of 40 commercial branches that also offer aſter-sales services. The Group has a total workforce of over 1,400 and in 2018 it reached a total turnover of over 300 million Euro. Voilàp Holding operates in two business areas: industrial and digital. In the industrial field, the Group designs and manufactures machines and systems for machining profiles in aluminium, PVC and steel, and for machining glass, marketed by leading brands in their reference sector (emmegi, elumatec, tekna, keraglass). In parcular, in the construcon sector, the Group’s technologies are used to machine the external and internal facades of buildings and skyscrapers. In the digital field, for smart cies, Voilàp Holding’s operaons date back to around 20 years ago and are based on three areas of experse: soſtware (with an e-commerce plaorm developed by the Group’s Voilàp Digital company), digital content, and the hardware tools for delivering such content. The laer are developed by Imecon, a leading Italian company specialised in design and producon of comprehensive soluons for digital signage and public informaon.
