Go to the Find newpeople... click here...

Step 1: Click the circles button on top...

Step 2: Add some people from this group to your circles!

Moral of the Story...

If one user is dominating your feed more than likely you do not have enough active users circled. 

G+ is more fun with more relationships... 

Place a large group of users into a circle that is different then your personally filtered groups.

In Short...Its probably you, not them.
