Fromayoungage,Yessicalovedeverythingaboutschool;shestartedgettingmanyawardsandplaques,suchas,NationalJuniorHonorSociety,PeerMediationawardsforPeerPressureandawardsforgettingontheschool’sHonorRoll.YessicastudiedFrenchfor6yearsforwhichshereceivedmanyawardsforaswell.Although,YessicadidnotgraduatefromHighSchool,in2016,shedecidedtogobacktoschoolandgetherGED.

BeforemovingtoCharlotte,Yessicaworkedinaretirementcommunity,

calledPeconicLanding,locatednearthewell-knownLongIslandSound.Shestartedoffworkingasahousekeeperin2013andwithoncampustrainingshetransitionedfromhousekeepingtoassistingtheelderlyin2016.SheassistedtheelderlythatweresufferingfromAlzheimer’sdisease.Yessicareceivedmanycertificationsthatqualifiedherforthepositionsuchas,CPRcertification,FirstAidetraining,hands-ontrainingandAdministeringMedication,justtonameafew.WithonlyafewmonthsworkingthereshewaspromotedfromashiftemployeetoashiftMentor,givinghermoreresponsibilitiessuchastrainingthenewcomers.

Yessicagotmarriedin2014toherhusbandtowhichshehasbeenwithsince

highschool.Duringherfreetime,Yessicalovesspendingtimewithher3children.TheirfavoriteplacestogotoareStarbucksandthepark.

YessicahasbeenapartofthefrontdeskstaffatP&GClinicalServicessince

early2018.Yessicastrivesherselftodothebestshecouldpossiblydoeachandeveryday.Sheisalwaysopenfornewchallengesandwelcomesanynewtipthatcanhelpheradjusttoherworkplace.
