The City of Oslo : 46 %
The Municipality of Baerum: no ownership – but planning authority and provider of sosial infrastructure

Strategy of the State : Selling land to partially finance a new airport in another location
Strategy of the City of Oslo : Selling land when planning completed

- Value of land and dividends from development is paid out successively through development process – or in the end.
