sustainable, and affordable food
options to the Clark community.
The Clark Co-op Model
A democratically run business maintained and supported by a group of students
The store will function to meet the economic, environmental and social needs of the Clark Community
What you can buy at the Clark
Food Co-op:
Fresh, local, and
seasonal fruits,
vegetables, and herbs.
Staple items such as
flour, sugar, quinoa,
lentils, nuts, brown rice,
etc.
How will it benefit the Clark
community?
o Promote sustainable food practices
o Heighten student awareness of food
systems issues
o Provide affordable and healthy food
options for students, faculty, and staff
o Every member has a voice in the co-op!

Fix up our store location in the back of The Grind
