Note the flat NF response above 45 mA with superior NF down to 20 mA. The device current can be set independently from Vdd which can be set anywhere from 2.7 to 6 volts. This flexible biasing capability results in a device which can be used for a wide range of applications.

The IP3 response of an amplifier shows a dependency on matching as well as bias conditions and the SKY67151 is no exception. This ability to set Iddq independent of the Vdd provides application flexibility to the designer who wants fully optimize a design. Again, this is just another example of the powerful application flexibility of the SKY67151.
