Did you know? Findorff's in-house MEP department leads and supports commissioning tasks with regular visits to the project site to monitor construction and completion of the MEP systems. They use equipment start-up checklists to schedule the installation and testing of each system. This is valuable for project teams who do not have third-party commissioning agents.
Summer Strides!
Everything is making great progress at Windsor
Elementary! The 4th Grade resource area is
framed and drywall is starting. The classrooms
are getting primed and painted as well. Finishes
are in full force for the 3rd Grade space. Cubby
and floor installation is coming up soon! The
markerboards and tackboards are going up, and
light fixtures are in all of the classrooms. The
large exterior gym windows are going in, which
will bring plenty of natural light to the space.
Outside, the light poles for the new parking lot
are being set and grading is about to start. It’s a
busy summer, and Windsor is coming along
beautifully and on time!
The 4th Grade Resource Area is framed and moving along great!
