Group Reservations
Once rooms are placed in a BLOCK, they
can either be reserved by individuals or by
a rooming list.
If by rooming list, the person in charge
sends a list of guests, rooms are assigned
and all charges go on the master bill.
If by individual, each person calls for reser-
vations, is charged for the 1st night’s stay
as a deposit and is responsible for their
own bill.
For individual reservations, you will be giv-
en a group code for your guests to use
when calling for reservations.
Unused blocked rooms will be released 45
days prior to the event.
Should individuals need to cancel their res-
ervation, they may do so within 45 days
prior to the event and receive a full
refund.

2 Villas are 3 bedroom and have 2 Queens in the additional bedroom.
Rustic Cabins and Villas have fully equipped kitchens.

Boardroom
If renting an indoor area, no outside food and beverage is allowed, and must be provided by Pick-
wick Landing State Park. Conference room rental fee includes tables, chairs, white tablecloths
and napkins, registration table, custom set up and all clean up. If renting a conference room
more than 60 days prior to the event, 20 overnight guest rooms must also be filled. A $300 de-
posit is required when renting conference rooms and must be paid when contract is signed.
If renting an outdoor area, one may choose whomever they wish to provide food and beverage,
including Pickwick Landing State Park. The rental fee does not include any tables, chairs, set up or
clean up. A special use permit (no charge) may be required. Additionally, an alcohol permit
($250) may be required, as well as a catering permit. Outdoor areas do not require guest rooms
to be filled. The full rental amount associated with the area reserved is due when the reservation
is made.

The Pickwick Room Semi-Private Group Dining Overlooking Lake Pickwick
An excellent option for group dining, The Pickwick Room will comfortably accommodate
up to 85 people. Dining choices include our regular buffet or, for 40 or more people, any of
our private buffet selections from our catering menu. Use of The Pickwick Room costs $1
per person. Tables may be rearranged for an additional fee. If table linens are desired, a
modest fee will apply. For groups of over 20, we require charges to be on one master bill
in order for our staff to serve you better. If less than 85 people are in your group, we
reserve the option to seat other small groups in this area and/or use the area
for overflow from our main dining room.
A word about Custom Menu Planning:
Our staff is skillful in menu planning. We can create a menu for your event,
provide a cost analysis to your planners and create exceptional dishes. Let us help you
serve your guests a unique meal for a memorable event experience!

Providing a bar at your event can be as simple or as elaborate as you wish. You may offer

The Bridal Suite - an absolute “MUST” for a perfectly
memorable bonding experience for the bride and her entourage. The
suite consists of a large living space with a bathroom and kitchenette,
plus 2 standard rooms with 2 Queen beds in each room, both with
their own bathroom. A large balcony sits across the front of the living
area, and each bedroom has its own private balcony.
$280.55 per night including tax.

The Rotary Clubs of West and Middle Tennessee were very pleased with the excellent service rendered by the staff of the PLSP
during our mid-year meetings we held there. The venue was in excellent shape and accommodations for the guest rooms, as
well as the convention center where we held our business events, were above standards. The 134 participants enjoyed the
delicious food that was served throughout the three day event, whether it was during one of the banqueted events or a casual
setting overlooking the beautiful Tennessee River. The meeting rooms were very adequate to meet the needs for the general
sessions, as well as several breakout meetings. The staff at the PLSP lodge offered excellent service in assisting with arrange-
ments and set up of our events. All of the services PLSP offered were at a reasonable price and quality venue. We look forward
