Three Border SecurityForce (BSF) personnelsustained injuries in apowerful blast at Telipatiin Imphal East district ataround 11.30 pm.The in jured BSFpersonnel are identified asASI Lalkumar (54), KoramMahindra and Santram, 23of 108 BSF.
