The  Ministry  of  Agriculture  (MOA)  needs    qualita9ve  and  fact-­‐based  livestock  sector  model  and  analysis  to  design  a  Livestock  Master  Plan  (LMP)  as  part  of  the  government’s  wider  growth  and  transforma9on  plan  II,  covering  the  period  2015-­‐2020.
