Backup of entire database along with learner details and learning records

It is recommended to take the backup periodically so that you can use the same to retrieve your precious data in case of machine crash or other system malfunction

1. Log in to ERA and click on data traveler

2. Click on database backup

3. Click on start backup

4. Please wait for a while

5. Like any usual download, save the .zip file to a safe location on your machine

1. To restore a backup click on data traveler

2. Click on ‘ Database Restore’

3. Browse to the .zip file which was downloaded and click on ‘Restore’

4. Please wait for a while

5. Once Database restore is successful, you will get the message: ‘Database backup restored successfully
