Facts Project DescriptionThe awarded Energy-City-Qatar-Parcel H-01 Package 2 construction works consist of aturnkey construction of 3-storey low rise business buildings serving as Corporate OfficeCenter including leasable office space to suite operations offices for Energy City Qatar, acommercial banking operations building with trading floor, programme amenities fortenants and public users and a computer data center.One building with ground floor + 6 + roof, two buildings with ground floor + 4 + roof. Allthree buildings are connected with a joint basement consisting of a three-levelunderground car park with 900 spaces. Overall total built up area of approx. 95,000m² on aplot measuring 25,100m² .The structures will be constructed to the highest standards complying with the US GreenBuilding Council LEED Certification requirements for energy efficiency.Energy City Qatar site will be well connected to current and proposed transport linksincluding the proposed Doha Light Railway.
