Energy City Qatar - Parcel H-01 / Package -P2 Facts Project Description The awarded Energy-City-Qatar-Parcel H-01 Package 2 construction works consist of a turnkey construction of 3-storey low rise business buildings serving as Corporate Office Center including leasable office space to suite operations offices for Energy City Qatar, a commercial banking operations building with trading floor, programme amenities for tenants and public users and a computer data center. One building with ground floor + 6 + roof, two buildings with ground floor + 4 + roof. All three buildings are connected with a joint basement consisting of a three-level underground car park with 900 spaces. Overall total built up area of approx. 95,000m² on a plot measuring 25,100m² . The structures will be constructed to the highest standards complying with the US Green Building Council LEED Certification requirements for energy efficiency. Energy City Qatar site will be well connected to current and proposed transport links including the proposed Doha Light Railway.
