BIG Project
BIG platform project is a strategic project for the group working on all 100 – 150 – 200 L wall
hung and 200 – 250 – 300 L floor standing electric water heaters. Factories concerned by
the project are Namur, Valence, Chartres
Unification and standardization are the first main goal of the project in view to reduce
complexity and cost of products. But more than cost reduction or standardization, other
main objective is to define the ideal segmentation and value proposition of the products
for the markets
