"Pertti says that he's been lucky since his employer allows the necessary assistance to be

carried out during working hours. Pertti makes up the hours working remotely. Working in the field

of IT, Pertti dreams that could later make a career out of serving older people.

- It would be fantastic if I could in the future combine voluntary work and livelihood, and to

move gradually away from a full-time work into a completely different type of work."
