ABOUT US
Jonas Bengtsson specialises in life cycle assessment and triple bottom line (environment, social and �nancial) sustainability and environmental ratingstools, products certi�cations, and climate changeadaptation/mitigation. He has experiences fromabroad range of sectors, including construction,manufacturing, retail, restaurants, agriculture,telecommunication, energy and �nance.
Yvonne spearheaded BCA’s sustainable construction initiative as Director of the Centre for Sutainable Buildings and Construction, where she successfully collaborated with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) on sustainable resource management in the building sector.
At IWBI, Samantha supervise the overall market development, education around and greater adoption of the WELL Building StandardTM and WELL Community StandardTM in the Asia Paci�c region. Samantha joined IWBI with a body of experience from her background in scienti�c research, particularly her expertise in public health.
Ashraf since 2016, has been working on several areas that broadly cover �nancial sector stability, �nancial inclusion, ASEAN integration, Islamic �nance and green �nance, particularly in the South East Asia region.
Dave has over 10 years of experiences developing holistic business development and communication strategies with a focus on green buildings, energy, sustainability and disruptive technologies.
Sharif James has been in the �eld of Sustainability since 2003 and presently leads operational township sustainability for Business Unit 1, Sime Darby Property. He currently focuses on; execution of Sustainability Initiatives and Programs within City of Elmina Sustainability Plan 2018-2030, facilitating sustainability-related strategic partnerships, formulation and execution of community placemaking programs & institutional engagement

Gregers Reimann specializes in energy e�cient and green building design with excellent indoor environment. His green building consultancy pursues innovative and integrated design solutions bridging the gap between architects and engineers. In addition to green building consultancy, Gregers regularly contributes to green building articles and frequently lectures at universities.
GreenRE is the green real estate certification body established and owned by the REHDA. Our core objectives are to provide an objective and international standard rating system to certify real estate projects as environmentally sustainable and to promote green buildings and sustainable development in malaysia.

Kamaradzaman Mohd BakriHead of Division, Green Catalyst, GreenTech Malaysia Kamaradzaman has a background in Accounting and Economics, with over 20 years experience in the banking sector. He is currently the Head of Division, Green Catalyst of GreenTech Malaysia, oversees among others the Green Technology Financing Scheme, GITA-GITE, MyHIJAU Mark Recognition, Government Green Procurement (GGP), and various training o�ered under Skills and Green Competency Development.
Michael is a quali�ed Environmental Scientist with over 20 years international experience in public and private sector organisations and is currently the Regional Head of Sustainability, Asia for Lendlease. Michael has performed corporate and consulting roles across a broad range of sectors in Australia and UK including defence, utilities, infrastructure, construction, development and investment management.
