WHY ISN’T MY SMARTLIST DISPLAYING?

If a report processing, OR is displaying on your screen, the smartlist will not display. It is considered a ‘report’.

HOW CAN I TELL IS A REPORT IS PROCESSING?

• Allow to complete.• Some items can be removed. • DON’T suspend, it sticks the rest!• Redisplay to see updates.• Details show some info.

Use ‘Copy Settings’ while creating a new user to automatically assign user settings

Use the Send Message window to select how to send a message to the users.

– If Online, it will display a popup or assign a task

– If Offline, you can assign a task
