GUITAR INTRODUCTION The guitar is a plucked

string instrument, usually played with fingers or a pick.

SITAR• INTRODUCTION

• The sitar is a plucked stringed instrument 

• predominantly used in Hindustani classical music, where it has been ubiquitous since the Middle Ages.

Constructions of Guitar

 Body with a rigid neck to which the strings, generally six in number, sometimes more, attached.

• Derives resonance from sympathetic strings

• a long hollow neck and a gourd resonating chamber.
