• Type 2 Diabetes

• Immune system attacks beta cells

• No energy (Glucose) can be used

• Victim has no insulinproducing cells

• Insulin-dependent

• Chronic (livelong) disease

• Only 5-10% diagnosed

• Insulin Injections– Ratio of glucose/ml of insulin injected

• Increase insulin amount in body

• Non-Insulin-dependent

• Body not enough insulin

• Cells ignore the insulin
