To know the adjectives related to describe places in our country.

Review the simple present.To use the new vocabulary in different contexts.

Necessities

Time: 5 hoursActivities: Describe posters of places. Listen and complete the information about

our cities. Label the pictures. Watch videos of important places of our

countryTitle: “ Our country”

2. PLANIFICATION

This project is important to teach in a easy way and it will help us to interact with the students and to create a dynamic class that can motivate them, to get more information by themselves of our country.

FUNDAMENTS

General objective: To learn new vocabulary and adjectives about our

country in order to use it in real situations by videos, expositions or visits.

Specific objectives: 1. Recognize different places by charts to learn the

names and pronunciation of them.2. Improve the speaking through posters´

descriptions. 3. Create situations in which the students can use

the vocabulary with different topics.

OBJECTIVES

Charts/posters: to use for visualize and teach the pronunciation.

Computer, videos and cd room: to listen the pronunciation and recognize the vocabulary in the context.

Tape recorder: to develop the listening and the intonation of the words.

Dictionary: to search the meaning of new words.

Show the videos three times and select the words the new vocabulary that contain the video.

Make a discussion about the principal places in the video.

Write a short summary about the video using new words.
