Positive Feedback Barry Bishop - Customer Service Representative (CSR), Heathrow Express said: “Today has been fantastic! This training is much needed and has been really well presented in a very clear and concise way. It’s also helped to further enhance working relationships between both organisations. I would thoroughly recommend this awareness day.”

Masood Khosham – also a CSR, based at Heathrow, added: “What we have learned has been very informative and it’s good to see things from the perspective of BTP. You can really see how much work goes on behind the scenes to help combat terrorism. I now have a toolkit and increased awareness to provide me with confidence in dealing with potentially suspicious situations in the correct way.”
