Sharia Board warns of publicly violating fasting rituals

The Sharia Board in Aleppo issued a public amnesty for all detainees who still have less than a quarter of their sentence except those who are accused of financial re-ceivables. It also warned all civilians and soldiers in the liberated areas of appropri-ate penalties if they pub-licly violate Fasting rituals during Ramadan, whether jihadists, disabled or law-fully excused.

Pro- government sources re-ported that the Syrian Army captured al-Meqbala village near Sheikh Najjar north-east of Aleppo after fierce

A source in the Interim gov-ernment denied dismiss-ing Eyad al-Qudsi from his post in the Interim govern-ment Secretary General. The source pointed out that Eyad al-Qudsi is the vice chairman of the government, and is ap-pointed a Secretary General until electing another person to handle this post. Ahmad Tu`ma has issued a decree yesterday, appointing Dr. Mouhammad Sheikh Ibra-him as the Government Sec-retary General, adding that the decision has been taken after consulting al-Qudsi who welcomed the issue.
