NOTE: Crocheting in spiral and getting same symmetrical work in the end can change from person to person or with different yarn.
While crocheting the round for eyes, eye holes have to be in the middle as in photos. If not you can crochet +sc stitches or less sc stitches to get the right position for eyes.
This part won't change the pattern itself.
