Nature doesn’t rely on the lone Hero

It knows you need a surplus to survive!

We want to create a surplus of these 3 things

We need more Curiosity

2-3 yrs 3-4 yrs 5+ yrs0-2 yrs

nom! nom!

What’s that?But why..?

How does it..?

Our natural state is to be curious

How are babies made?

There is a gapin my knowledge.

I must ask questions.

Where do we go when we die?

Curiosity creates questions which creates curiosity

Awwh! Isn’t that cute?

Why do I have to sleep?

Were dinosaurs alive when you were little?

STOP!For the love of God!Stop asking me so many questions!

What if asking questions is not reinforced?

What didI do wrong?

I’m feeling so overwhelmed.

If I can just tune out the stuff I don’t know, maybe I won’t

ask so many questions.

We stop being curious about the world around us.

We need more Empathy

Teacher...I’m hungry!

why?

I’ll never get through all this!

You’ll have to wait.

Too often our needs are not considered important

Because I said so!

oh.

Rewards are used to encourage ‘good’ behaviour...

Hmm? If I just do what they want,

I’ll be ok!

Great job!

I don’t matter.

We become overly focused on meeting our own needs

Waaahh!

Whatever happened, you probably deserved

it! Now hurry up!

We need more Imagination

Imagination and play allows us to explore possibilities

My fortresswill soon be

indestructible.

Hah! Your tower is no match for Super Smash Gal!

But...we inevitably cross an invisible line

Uurgh! I am a zombie!

Aaaaagh!!Would you ever

grow up???

C’mon Mom!You be the

Black Knight.

Ground. Swallow me up!

We become afraid to do anything that might seem ‘foolish’

Who am I to get involved? There’s nothing I can do.

That’s just how it is.

We end up believing that we cannot change the world

Let us all foster curiosity

So that’s what it feels like!

Let us all build empathy

Hand over your money!

Wow! I guess you’re wanting respect?

I thought I’d make a model to convey how we will crush our

competition in the 3rd Quarter.

Let us use a little more imagination
