• Two problems

• Cashers between from KMN and from the clients’

• Between the marketing department and the account

department

• When the cashers of the KMN went to the clients for the

money which have been collected

• When the cashers went to the client’s office and take

the money back

• Poor performance of cash collecting

My Feelings

• Relationship between the clients and KMN

• Quality of the staffs from KMN

• Company Image

Issues that are Relevant to the Incident

• May be so many facts

• Lack of systematic cash collection

• Strong and flexible relationship between the staffs of

KMN

• Poor information linkage

Comments who Involved during Incident

• Quite good even level between human power and

workload is very different

• Try hard to solve

• Take responsibilities

• Very patient to the other persons not only from KMN

but also from the others

• Most are very appropriate and can solve well
