Transcript of creativity and play

Melting can be poetic. An illustration

with a notion to a video.

Relating this apple binding project to Time & Motion

brief I express disobey the natures laws. Visualising

this I expressed a wish to stop the time and in uence

natural motion in an artistic way.

When signs make you feel lost and

does not help. Painful thoughts about

the quantity of signs in our life lead me

to a new point of view to the city.

“Lost”. A miserable person

in a jungle of signs.

Motionless opposing motion. Time &

motion brief expressed in a giff.

Off white and off paper experiments for the

Paper brief. A range of different ideas and

tools presented in furthure pages.

A pencil - a tool, an accessory or a global problem?

The sliced pencil presents a cut down forest and at

the same time looks playful and eye catching.

A playful and original way of useing a daily

tool. “More then a wooden stic with a lead”.

A minimalistic illustrations - serious issues.

A world through a matchbox pinhole

cameras and digital ones lenses.

Information graphics on “How to make a

Pinhole Camera” handbook.

“Combining uncombinable”. Odd work pairs

visualised in typography and illustration.

A1 paper interaction project which helped to

build an understanding how we should and

should not act in order to achieve the biggest

number of responds.

Illustrations presenting the posts advantages.

Experience in creating Concept fans in university

lead me in doing them for the “Old v New” brief. Again

as working in group it helped me to come up with

unexpected ideas.

A fresh and avoured idea! Envelopes with

different tastes. “Your tongue deserves more

than a glue taste!”

An exciting handbook promoting the use

of post. Content could include post history,

advantages of post, mane steps how to

make the best of it.

Posters promoting advantages of post.

Contrast logos. These particular layouts’

colours came out by a happy accident and

ended up in my portfolio. Range of ideas

and the edited logos.

The most vivid experience from the briefs I encountered was to face the importance of time planning, the necessity of being open minded, cooperative and curious.

For the previous feature I developed a strategy which helped me to be more creative and observing. What I did is I found the Little Prince who always asked questions inside me. By doing that I came up with ideas I have not thought I ever could.

Another thing I appreciated was the ability to try myself in working in groups as well a chance to practise presentation skills in different briefs and workshops. I found it both challenging and pleasurable as what I wish is to make it become my second nature.

Moreover, as well as in Independent practice in Creativity and play I had the same chance to explore the variety of working methods and strategies that I have not encountered before.

I feel that the range of technics and methods I now use as a set of tools is creating a strong path for my future.
